  2. Connecting to social media

    My account can't verify my Facebook account even though I'm connected to Facebook. I don't understand why it's not working now.

  3. Create custom tags

    It’s impossible to predict the diversity of all the tags everyone would need but letting users create our own tags would ensure the tags can work for everyone in a way that makes sense for each family 😊

  6. Extended family can upload moments

    I would like that family can also add moments or photos. The fan feature is good but I think it needs more engaging.

  7. stop accessing my camera/draining my battery when I am not using this app

    I keep getting notified that Keepy is accessing my camera and my battery is super drained all of the time. I love the idea, but would hate to have to delete the app over that

  10. Love your app but very pricy. I would consider a one time purchase but I won't do a subscription . I'm not going to be cha-chinged to death.

    we are using keepy with lower case as brand, but you totally right you should be able to change it. will reach out back shortly

    Only seem to get one chance to share on FB etc when photo is first saved - would love to share a keepy after this aswell ie when going back into each keepy

  15. Finding people

    It would be nice to locate people and add them w/o having to wait for them to accept the email invite. I have friends who are already members but as far as I can tell, I can't locate them. Would be a worthwhile feature.

    Thanks for your feedback. We’re aware and working to fix a bug in the cropping mechanism, for now please skip the crop and that should stop the app freezing.

    If you’ve accidentally uploaded duplicate Keepies, simply click the pencil icon on the keepy you want to delete, scroll down and then tap “delete”.

    when adding a photo (android) show a thumbnail of the most recent image to choose without displaying the regular gallery integration. as an example take a look at the pixlr express app.
