    I wish we could take multiple pictures for one post. Sometimes the keepy has a front and back or multiple pages.

  4. make display compatible with android tv devices

    The display is not compatible with my android tv device. The app itself works, but the screen is cut off and the photos much to large to fit on the screen. Otherwise, I am enjoying this app on my phone and works great.

  5. a way to add other things we like ie... saying we copy to phone from Facebook or recipes or pictures that wouldn't go under our kids.

    Hi Christy,

    Many parents create their very Keepy own profiles for those exact reasons. Date night ticket stubs, birthday cards from Mom & Hubby…napkin notes from a special dinner – sky’s the limit.

    To delete a keepy, simply tap the pencil icon at top right, then tap “delete” at the bottom right of the image. To delete your account, just reply back and let us know. Hope that helps!

  7. Turn on microphone

    Hi I accidentally told keepy no on microphone....how can I allow it now? It repeatedly tells me no microphone. Thanks for your help and I LOVE your app!!

  8. Timeline

    I am loving this app!! I have been taking pictures of my daughters artwork but can now share it and comment. So fun for any parent! One feature I would change is where the pictures are displayed in the list view. It would be great if they were sorted by time instead of when I uploaded them. That way I if I found an older pic later, it would be put in chronological order. It would be fun to watch the artwork "mature" over time!

    Some people don't want to comment via video so it'd be nice if they could write a comment on a photo instead.

  10. NOT user friendly

    Every time I try to keeps something I her additional instructions forced on me. My most current problem is with the 4th document I've tried to store. My sons spelling test. Now when I go to any child it shows their stuff greeted out with the word edit and an arrow pointing to a pencil. However u can't tap the word or pencil or change anything. Great idea for an app but 4 tries out of four I have not been able to load what I want. SOOOO thankful I haven't added fans or shown this frustrating app to friends…

  11. Old photo

    Hi-

    I have a photo of a piece of artwork my son did over a year ago. Is there a way to upload the photo? I can't find the original piece of artwork to take a new pic of it and add it to keepy. Suggestions?

    Hi Chris,

    Yes, you can upload photos from your camera roll. Click the “+” sign, then tap “add/upload photo”, then tap the small square on the bottom left side of your screen to access your camera roll. Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks for being a Keeper!

  13. Microphone

    I like the app and would love it if the microphone worked...it keeps saying iPhone microphone not working but this is fine with everything else. Anyone having same problem or know how to fix? Tks

    Please make sure your microphone is enabled.

    Go to your iPhone’s Settings, then Privacy, then Microphone and enable Keepy.

  14. LOVE This App!!!!

    This app is Perfect for parents and children from all backgrounds!! Stay at home Mum to high flying business woman.... Memories are a must!!!!! My children are Arts & Crafts obsessed! So much so that I lose track of most things they make!!! :'( My solution?? Keepy!!!! Excellent site but as I have 8yrs & 2 children's worth of memories I can't always remember the exact date of the pieces... The month & year only as well as the full date should be an option upon saving info :) HIGHLY recommended though!!!

  15. Saving video comments to camera roll

    I would use this app if it allowed me to save the video comments to my camera roll. Those video comments are precious and in some cases more important to me than the original picture!

    We couldn’t agree more! And the good news is, when you link your Keepy account to Dropbox, your video comments along with all your content will automatically sync to your Dropbox account. Yours forever. :)

  16. Sending the child's recording.

    I love Keepy! But, I've sent several pictures to family and they aren't able to hear the recording from our child. I've sent them email & text message to iPhone & iPad, but it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or are they?

    Hi Chris,
    Thanks for being a keeper. :) No one is doing anything wrong! When you share a Keepy via email or text, recipients only see the image. So! If you want them to see the videos and hear the voiceovers, you need to invite them to be your child’s “fan”. They will then receive email notification everytime you upload a Keepy, with a link from which they can view the Keepy and corresponding content.

  17. Delete a video comment

    It's hard to get a good video comment right first time. I recorded and retook a few times.
    Eventually I kept one I was happy with but decided to record one more and then choose between them. I now wish to discard the first one but can't work out how. There must be a way since what if a comment is left that I would not want my child to hear/see -as parent should have full editing rights - even if via a protective password.

    Thanks for your feedback. I agree! There are a couple (not so great) videos I’ve recorded myself that I’d like to delete off my child’s profile. We are working on that feature and hope to have it implemented in the near future. Please stay in touch and keepy on keepy-ing on!
