Can u delete keepeies? I put the date on three of mine thinking I was setting up my kids folders and they saved as 3 of my 50?

To delete a keepy:
1. tap the pencil (“edit”) icon on the top right corner of the keepy
2. scroll down and tap the “delete” button
3. tap “yes” to confirmVoila! Your keepy is deleted. Let us know if you need further assistance. :)

Age calculated, rather than date
While my child is very young, it would be great if a work was labelled 3 years, 2 months, rather than just the date.

what if "keepy" disappears one day ?
what happens in "keepy" goes out of business in 20 years or technology changes, how would i get back all those "keepy" momentos

Thanks for reaching out, we hear this question a lot. We don’t plan to go anywhere, but you can take advantage of our free and automatic Dropbox sync to safeguard your keepies as well as your audio and video files. (You need a Dropbox account to do this.)

Delete child added by mistake

However, I have accidentally added my child twice and cannot work out how to delete the one I don't need. Is there a way of doing this?6 votesHi Maria & fellow Keepers,
You can delete profiles by tapping:
Settings—>My Kids, then select the kid, scroll down and tap “delete kid”.

Gender not recognised?
When I tried to add fans, I proceeded to this stage and got the following message:
Jiayin Zhao sent you a request in keepy.
I'd love you to be David's fan on keepy so you can see all of her awesome creations.I didn't send it because David is a boy, using "her" is not appropriate. I went back and checked my setting and confirmed that I definitely selected boy.
Can you fix this for me please?

Provide an export/backup option
When a service provider proposes to store my stuff and keep it accessible forever, I get nervous. I've seen too many services shut down and shut off without a data transition plan. Is there current a way (or a plan) where I can export artwork, tags, comments, etc. for offline preservation and access?

Storage
Would like to see a Shutterfly option also. Not only could we store pics. but we could make books from that account.

You can now print your Keepies on Shutterfly products!
Once you have the Shutterfly app installed, simply tap on the Keepy you’d like to print, tap “share”, then “other”, then select “Shutterfly”.

Adding/Editing Locations
It would be great if we could be able to add more than 3 locations or to edit existing locations, if there's only a limited number of locations to add. I messed up on the naming of one of the locations I added. I wanted to be able to either edit, or just simple delete that saved location. Maybe add an edit button below the add button in the pop up so that "X"s appear by the location items? If that happens, I can tap on it so that I can delete any of the saved locations?

Sign-Up Invitation Woes
I find that if I send an invite to someone and they download & create an account at that moment, it doesn't give them the "become a fan" option. I have to remove the invitee on my end after they've downloaded app / account creation in order to send the request and have them get it in their inbox. Also, when clicking "accept" the first time, it always gives an "network error" message. After this point, I can still see the invite notification, click on it, then it will add the kids to the other persons account.

New account name options
I should be able to select mom/dad/grandma/friend etc for myself at account registration just as I can when adding a fan.

The email field should connect to Contacts so we can select the address directly from there.

Fantastic app
I've just used keepy for the first time today and I LOVE it!! Cute instructions help you through, organizing per child is great and the adding comments and video commentary is the best idea ever!! Absolutely love it!

What's the best way to post multiple page projects, like a story? It's clunky to post page by page as separate posts....thanks!

Adults too
I see immediate application for adults too. Tons of my mommy friends are making do it yourself projects and sharing on Pinterest. While I can add myself as a child profile, it might be cool to overtly suggest mommy and daddy set up a profile to track their creative things as well. Creative kids come from creative parents!

Kids iPad cases
My friend just launched a biz called applepieusa.com. Check out the kids iPad case product. Would be awesome to synch with those guys to use the keepy artwork to customize the case. Imagine the meeting rooms with proud parents all sporting their cases!
