Nice app but
crashed everytime i try to edit, cannot tag the parents and other family members, and cannot edit via the keepy website.
Also, when it comes to reporting bugs, reading matching responses before sending a reply or compliant is really annoying.

Never crashed on me. Have you tried reinstalling? I have that issue with Instagram and it seems I'm the only one. sometimes the problem is with the phone.
