  1. Website & App Revisions

    I'm a new user, but am excited for what this app can do! A few items I see that may or may not be resolved.
    1) In app, when creating a photobook, can I have the ability to have the photo fit the page so that I see the whole photo even if there are blank spaces on either side or top? Now it seems to just fill the whole sheet and crop the remainder.
    2) Again, with photobook, give the ability to show the description and date created.
    3) Give ability to show (2) or more photos per page…

  3. Search Titles and Descriptions

    I would like to be able to search the titles or descriptions. for example if I know I had a picture of a flower a year ago I could search for flower and get the results.

  4. Change order when changing the date

    It would be great if an item that was just added with a date from last year will not appear on the top of the list but would rather be in the right place according to its date.

  5. Ability to add service providers or other caregivers

    My child has developmental delays and suspected ASD. It would be very helpful if I could select several photos from different ages and then share them with his OT, Physio or speech therapist, so they can see how he is progressing in everyday situations.

    Hi there,

    My name is Adi and I'm co-founder and CEO of a company called Wombat. We are building a platform which will help mobile apps spread through word of mouth. As a parent, I am fascinated with the idea behind Keepy. If it is as valuable as I think it is, the app would be an excellent candidate for us.

  8. Facebook cropping

    When i choose to share a keepy image on facebook it crops the image too severely, so i no longer use this option. Also, please don't add hashtags like "ilovemykids" for me without giving a way to opt out. I mean, i do, but i wouldn't hashtag that.

  10. Issue with dates now we are in 2016

    The day and month are correct when upload photos, but it is posting them all as XX Jan 2015, you have to manually select 2016 every time, AND even then it is defaulting back to 2015 on some items...

  11. Make a keep for grandparents - as I am a grandparent using keep so would like it to say My grandchild/kids - would you consider it?

    At the moment there does not appear to be an app purely for grandparents to use and then share- as a grandparent I take loads of pics and like to show to friends but seems wrong that, whilst I use your app, it does state 'My kids' when in fact they are my grandchildren.

    Each time i have a new notification it says there are >88 (increasing each notification). Can I delete these?

  16. Allow people to opt out.

    A friend of mine gave my email address to this site so I can view her kid's pics. I don't want or need email notification every time a grandmother makes a comment. Your company may end up shooting itself in the foot if you don't allow limited participation.

  18. Please fix photo description issues

    I frequently post a description with a photo only to go back and find half is missing. Also there seems to be a limit to how much of the description can be seen when viewing in the iPhone app. If there is a limit then please add a counter so you can see how many letters you can use.

    Hi Mary,
    You should be able to see the full text in the full screen of each keepy. At the moment there is a character limit, but it’s very high and usually not even close to what most users are writing. That said, we will add counter in the future.
