  1. Fix Dropbox sync

    My Keepy backup to Dropbox stopped working in 2017. In my Dropbox, there is a Keepy file (which has Keepy posts through August 2017) and a Keepy v2 file, which is totally empty. None of my keepys from fall 2017, all of 2018, and all of 2019 have backed up to Dropbox. That's unacceptable. I've contacted customer service 5 times and they always say they'll get back to me, but they don't. Can't pay $49 every year for an app without a backup!

  2. What is the difference between returning to a free account from a premium

    Hello,
    I have some questions for use keepy.
    What is the difference between returning to a free account from a premium?
    What is the difference between the uploaded content?
    If I purchased the premium plan and then canceled it, it will be restored to a free account.
    Will the photo and videos originally uploaded by premium still exist with storage or automatically reduce pixels?

  3. Lifetime access option

    So we like it, but are we going to have to pay $46/year for the rest of our lives to maintain access to it? That doesn’t seem feasible.

  5. stop accessing my camera/draining my battery when I am not using this app

    I keep getting notified that Keepy is accessing my camera and my battery is super drained all of the time. I love the idea, but would hate to have to delete the app over that

    I would like that family can also add moments or photos. The fan feature is good but I think it needs more engaging.

  7. Add my own categories/ subcategories & search field for tags & titles

    My son loves to draw but we’re drowning in all paper! He wants to save EVERYTHING. I was hoping I could create categories for his artwork so that we could easily access it. Drawings of superheroes, drawings of dinosaurs, book characters, etc etc. I want to be able to easily organize everything and then be able to search for them using tags or the title name. I’d really love to be able to use this app but without this ability it doesn’t help me too much right now. Thank you!

  9. Can’t change date from day of upload- problem clearly not fixed yet

    In my case my child is 20. All of the stuff I’m uploading is her little kid art. I cannot get the date to say anything other than 2019. Very frustrating.

    I see that books can be ordered. Can DVDs of pictures and videos also be purchased? Also could the DVD include voice recording to narrate the story?

  12. Blended non-nuclear families

    I'd like to add my voice to the idea of adding more options for extended family (and primary caregivers). What if you're the grandparent raising a child, or an aunt, or two moms or dads? And what if mom and dad have step-parents (as in our case)? I need 7 slots please (and that doesn't include great-grands). I don't want any to feel slighted.

    Do fans know they've been set as a friend or general family member, or am I the only one who sees the family tree?

    I am a freelance journalist in Montreal and I am writing an article for The Gazette Newspaper on apps that streamline your home life. I interviewed a professional organizer, who highly recommended your app, and I was wondering if it would be possible to get a few high-resolution lifestyle shots of people using the app, etc. I urgently need photos to run with my article.
