  3. Videos show as uploaded but do not play

    No notification of video upload, and will not play. Tried many times over several weeks. App is up to date

  4. Location & sharing

    Hi I have been adding the location that the photo was taken but it is not saving the information.

    Also when I share with my parents (who don't have smart phones) they are unable to comment on the page on the computer. This would be great if they could, otherwise the kids won't get feedback from them. Also they would love to be able to scroll through all the photos, rather than having to open each email separately.

    Hi Kate,

    The location issue is a bug we are currently working on – thanks for letting us know!
    Do your parents have iPads? If so, they can download keepy and comment with the iPad. Creating the capability to comment on keepies from a desktop is high on our priority list, as we realize a lot of grandparents don’t have smartphones. Please stay tuned! Great comments and we are working diligently on all of them to make keepy a great experience for you.

  6. Selecting parent

    Not all parents are mom and dad. Maybe consider parent 1 and parent 2...but, then again many kids have only one parent. What's the point of assigning a parent?

  7. Email

    Is there a way to also be able to send photos of kids work to email? I am a teacher and this would be a great resource if I could email pictures to parents.

  8. How do I get rid of a keepie?!

    I'm somehow STUCK with the general 'instaword' looking keeping aka letter to my kid. I didn't know it was going to get counted as one...technically 2 since I have added 2 children. Can I delete it at all? You should at least warn us that it will count as one

    currently there is no way to delete the the welcome note.
    Because of that and because you engaged with us, we just loaded you account with extra 5 keepies.

  9. Email function - photo album

    I think this app would be most functional if you could email the pictures and/or print them. As well as send them to your photo albums.

    Each Keepy can be individually saved to your camera roll, printed and shared via email by tapping the “share” button on the bottom right screen.

    It'd be cool if you had a list of mediums that you could check so each piece of art was labeled. Watercolor, Marker, Crayon, Mixed Media, Pottery, etc...

  11. allow subscription gifting...

    Keepy is a great! find - my 12 yr old neice wants 'artsy' stuff for Christmas, and I desperately wanted to find a 'place' for her to put it all so I can see what she creates!

    Regarding the premium (101 keepies) account. I'd like to buy a year's subscription for my sister (who has the 12 yr old artist and a younger one coming up behind her). Is there a way for me to buy the subscription online for my sister?

  13. long way to return back to app from gift shop

    when you browse next pages at gift shop you can't return at one button back to app. When you push top left corner button the app browse back to previous page of gift shop

  14. make automatic syncing work with box as well as dropbox

    Is there a way to save to box rather than dropbox? Dropbox is way more expensive and you get less storage, but the automatic syncing is nice

  16. Rearrange the default from Everyone View to my Child's Art

    It would be nice if the screen defaulted to my child as opposed to the neighbours/everyone's child who invited me onto this app! Love the potential for this app. :D

  18. Add photos from Picasa app

    I send most of my photos from my phone to the Picasa app as otherwise I use all my memory. It would be great to be able to upload from there.

  19. Very nice and simple app

    It would be nice to be able to upload a few photos to each memory (say a primary one and a few secondaries which would be attached like video or sound). Keep up the good work keepies:)
