setting to turn off new picture to upload notification...

it's annoying. there's a reason I didn't upload that pic I took 3 days ago.
I don't need to be notified hourly that i can click to upload it.

    I'm getting so annoyed by this notification!!! It literally pops up every half hour! Grr.
