  2. Upload Videos from a PC Desktop Computer

    I would like to up load some short videos from my daughter's birthday party . It was from a my Digital video camcorder. it's all loaded into my PC and it would be nice to upload it to Keepy.

  3. Old photo

    Hi-

    I have a photo of a piece of artwork my son did over a year ago. Is there a way to upload the photo? I can't find the original piece of artwork to take a new pic of it and add it to keepy. Suggestions?

    Hi Chris,

    Yes, you can upload photos from your camera roll. Click the “+” sign, then tap “add/upload photo”, then tap the small square on the bottom left side of your screen to access your camera roll. Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks for being a Keeper!

    It seems there are only 3 locations that can be associated with keepys - I have numerous locations I want to list. Can the numbers be increased?

    You can add as many places as you’d like.
    If you tap on the “place” button and see the places list, you can scroll to the bottom of this pop up you will see the “add place” button.

You could always add your beloved pet as a “kid”, and assign a gender, so that he or she could have a profile with a cute picture.   10. make display compatible with android tv devices

    The display is not compatible with my android tv device. The app itself works, but the screen is cut off and the photos much to large to fit on the screen. Otherwise, I am enjoying this app on my phone and works great.

  11. deal with a couple of issues

    The grid view of photos is now split into years, having fixed the age of me appearing there, but I have 3 photo's from 2013 listed along with two from 2012 under the '2012' heading?

    Also, can editing/updating be completed offline? I'm not always connected to the internet when I do editing.

    Many thank for the thoughtful note. The date issue is a known bug which we’re addressing in our next version update. This should be available in the next 1-2 weeks, please hang tight.

    Regarding editing, Keepy works best when connected to Wifi – but cellular connection should work too. Please let us know if you have trouble!

    Many parents create their very Keepy own profiles for those exact reasons. Date night ticket stubs, birthday cards from Mom & Hubby…napkin notes from a special dinner – sky’s the limit.

  13. Sending the child's recording.

    I love Keepy! But, I've sent several pictures to family and they aren't able to hear the recording from our child. I've sent them email & text message to iPhone & iPad, but it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or are they?

    Hi Chris,
    Thanks for being a keeper. :) No one is doing anything wrong! When you share a Keepy via email or text, recipients only see the image. So! If you want them to see the videos and hear the voiceovers, you need to invite them to be your child’s “fan”. They will then receive email notification everytime you upload a Keepy, with a link from which they can view the Keepy and corresponding content.

  15. Microphone

    I like the app and would love it if the microphone worked...it keeps saying iPhone microphone not working but this is fine with everything else. Anyone having same problem or know how to fix? Tks

    Please make sure your microphone is enabled.

    Go to your iPhone’s Settings, then Privacy, then Microphone and enable Keepy.

    Let us know if you have further trouble!

  17. Sign-Up Invitation Woes

    I find that if I send an invite to someone and they download & create an account at that moment, it doesn't give them the "become a fan" option. I have to remove the invitee on my end after they've downloaded app / account creation in order to send the request and have them get it in their inbox. Also, when clicking "accept" the first time, it always gives an "network error" message. After this point, I can still see the invite notification, click on it, then it will add the kids to the other persons account.
