  1. LOVE This App!!!!

    This app is Perfect for parents and children from all backgrounds!! Stay at home Mum to high flying business woman.... Memories are a must!!!!! My children are Arts & Crafts obsessed! So much so that I lose track of most things they make!!! :'( My solution?? Keepy!!!! Excellent site but as I have 8yrs & 2 children's worth of memories I can't always remember the exact date of the pieces... The month & year only as well as the full date should be an option upon saving info :) HIGHLY recommended though!!!

  2. Why are all my videos still processing?

    Whenever I post up a video, it shows as 'processing'. Some of these videos have been processing for a few weeks and haven't uploaded. Any way to restart/resume upload rather than deleting them and reloading? As this creates an issue with chronological order of items!

    We released a new version to the app store, that fixes the issues we had with uploading photo and video upload for those who had challenges. Please give a try to the new version and let us know if the new version works better

    Even though a picture is entered, it shows it as blank unless I edit it.

  4. Uploads

    I wish there was a drag and drop function on the uploads and that you could upload multiple pictures at the same time. I am also a fan of my grandchildren but I can't add my pictures to their sites. You should put a function where the person whose keepie site it is can authorize a fan to upload to their kids

  5. Provide an export/backup option

    When a service provider proposes to store my stuff and keep it accessible forever, I get nervous. I've seen too many services shut down and shut off without a data transition plan. Is there current a way (or a plan) where I can export artwork, tags, comments, etc. for offline preservation and access?

    Your keepies are not dependent on a device. Whatever device you are on, you can simply download the app, log into your account and everything will be there.
    Furthermore, you can ask us for all of your keepies at any given moment and we will be happy to send you all of them in the same quality you saved them in.
    And just to be on the 100% safe side, we also offer the option to auto-sync your Keepies with Dropbox, a well established, reliable cloud based storage service accessible from any device (with an internet connection).

    We highly recommend you use it and link your account to Dropbox by following these 3 simple steps:

  6. Allow non-iPhone/Android users to subscribe to a feed

    My parents don't have smartphones, but have email... and would absolutely subscribe to a weekly/monthly digest.

    I See a basic feature looking like this:
    * Allow Keepy user to send a unique URL to an email address
    * Allow subscriber to sent a email frequency
    * Have a subscriber management console, allow users to manager who can see their photos
    * Have a subscription management console, allow subscribers to change their settings.

    Keepy has landed on Android! Please find us in the Google Play store. :)

    When you invite loved ones to be your kids’ “fans”, they will receive an email notification each time you upload new images. From that link they can view all the keepies and leave comments via text, voice and video using the Keepy app on any smartphone. Fans without smartphones can also view and comment from any web browser via mobile or desktop.

  8. setting to turn off new picture to upload notification...

    it's annoying. there's a reason I didn't upload that pic I took 3 days ago.
    I don't need to be notified hourly that i can click to upload it.

  10. Ideas

    Since I am working up towards current year it would be nice to be able to build folder for each child for the year or grade the projects are from.

  12. Delete child added by mistake

    Hi
    Great app - love it!
    However, I have accidentally added my child twice and cannot work out how to delete the one I don't need. Is there a way of doing this?

    You can delete profiles by tapping:

    Settings—>My Kids, then select the kid, scroll down and tap “delete kid”.

  13. Error showing up

    Whenever I try to upload a picture of my students work an error pops up, I haven't been able to use the app like I'd like to because of this.

    I should be able to select mom/dad/grandma/friend etc for myself at account registration just as I can when adding a fan.

  18. Printed ART album

    Shalom - great idea. One thing I could not find ( unless I missed it ...)
    and I think would be great to have is an option to order a beautiful printed album. ( Apple style printed album with all the art)
